Everyone at once, no taking turns, crystal-clear voice
16 kbit/s Opus audio, every voice mixed right on your phone, a wind filter calibrated to your helmet, and it only transmits while you talk: real silence when nobody's speaking.
MeshRide links your group's phones directly to each other. Every rider keeps their own Bluetooth intercom (Cardo, Sena, FreedConn or whatever you've got), and everyone talks at once: no taking turns, no mobile data.
Works with the intercom you already own
Motorcycle intercoms run on proprietary protocols: a Cardo won't pair with a Sena, and daisy-chained groups break up as soon as the bike in the middle drifts away.
MeshRide fixes that without touching anyone's protocol: each rider's intercom is just the hands-free headset for their own phone, and the group conversation travels between phones over Wi‑Fi Direct. The brand stops mattering, and you don't need a signal.
No pairing helmets to each other, no network setup: sign in once with your free account (Google or email) while the bike is parked, and from then on everything runs by voice.
Tap “Create group” and MeshRide generates a 4-digit code. Your phone sets up the group's network.
Share the link on WhatsApp or read out the code. Riders nearby join with a single tap.
Everyone talks at once, just like a real intercom. If someone drops out, they reconnect automatically.
A universal intercom, plus the ride features no helmet comes with: safety, navigation, logistics and expenses.
16 kbit/s Opus audio, every voice mixed right on your phone, a wind filter calibrated to your helmet, and it only transmits while you talk: real silence when nobody's speaking.
Wi‑Fi Direct between phones: mountains, desert or a border crossing.
Say “Mesh” and the command. The group never hears your commands.
It switches to mobile data on its own, end-to-end encrypted, and goes back to direct once you regroup.
See who's where, even offline, with a suggested regroup point.
Log them by voice, split among whoever joined in, and settle up with the fewest transfers.
When someone talks, your music fades down and comes back when they're done.
Mesh understands more than 60 commands with no internet, using a voice model that runs right on your phone. When you're online, Mesh AI answers whatever you ask: the weather at your destination, when you'll get there or where to eat. While you're giving a command, the group can't hear you. For now, Mesh speaks Spanish; English is coming soon.

You don't need a group to use MeshRide. Connect your intercom, tap “Ride solo” and you've got a copilot that guides you, looks out for you and logs the ride for you.
Pick a destination and Mesh calls out every turn: “In 1,000 feet, turn right.” Miss one and it reroutes.
Calls, WhatsApp, music and questions without letting go of the bars. Commands work with no internet.
If it detects a crash and you don't respond, it alerts your emergency contacts with your location.
Share a link with your real-time location. They open it in a browser, nothing to install.
Route, distance, speeds and stops are saved on their own, ready to share.
“Mesh, I filled up the tank,” and it tells you how much range you have left and where to fill up next.
On Android 12 or later, the ride can start on its own as soon as you turn on your intercom.
The accelerometer detects a hard impact followed by stillness. MeshRide asks if you're OK and, if you don't answer, calls for help for you.
A hit of more than 4.5 g at over 12 mph (20 km/h), and the bike comes to a stop.
A countdown on screen and in your helmet. A tap or your voice cancels it.
Everyone hears in their helmet who went down and where.
With your location and, if you want, your medical info: blood type, medications and your bike's details.
Results from field tests with real Android phones and intercoms from different brands.
About 280 ft in a straight line. If someone gets farther away, the conversation continues over mobile data.
Median round trip between phones over Wi‑Fi Direct, measured on the road.
With voice, GPS and the group active throughout the ride.
In the load test with up to 15 motorcycles talking at once.
Field test results from the beta version (September 2026). Results may vary with terrain, phones and where they're mounted.
Existing intercom apps depend on mobile data; hardware intercoms depend on everyone owning the same brand.
| MeshRide | Intercom apps over mobile data | Single-brand intercom | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Works with no cell signal | Yes, over Wi‑Fi Direct | No | Yes |
| Mix intercom brands | Any Bluetooth brand | Yes | Same brand only |
| Mobile data usage | 0 MB in direct mode | ~1 MB per minute | 0 MB |
| If someone falls out of range | Continues over data, encrypted | Continues where there's coverage | The chain breaks |
| Crash detection with alerts | Group + SMS + WhatsApp | Depends on the app | High-end models only |
| Offline voice assistant | Yes | No | Basic commands |
| Group map, rides and expenses | Included | Partial | No |
Big buttons, high contrast and everything important one tap away. And once you're moving, not even that: your voice does the rest.
MeshRide is in closed testing on Google Play, with real groups out on the road. Leave your details and we'll let you know when it opens to everyone in your country.
MeshRide is an Android group intercom app for motorcyclists. It connects the group's phones directly to each other over Wi‑Fi Direct and uses each rider's Bluetooth intercom as the hands-free headset. That way, riders with intercoms from different brands can all talk at once, with no taking turns and no cell signal needed.
Yes. The conversation travels phone to phone over Wi‑Fi Direct, without going through the internet. Mobile data is only used, if you have it turned on, as a backup when someone falls out of direct range. That audio is end-to-end encrypted and the server stores nothing.
Yes. With “Ride solo” you get turn-by-turn directions in your helmet, the Mesh assistant, crash detection that alerts your contacts, a link so your family can follow you live, and a log of the ride. All you need is your phone and your intercom.
Any Bluetooth intercom or headset that works as your phone's hands-free device: Cardo, Sena, FreedConn, Midland, Interphone, LEXIN, EJEAS, Vimoto and others. MeshRide doesn't use any brand's proprietary protocol, so you can mix brands in the same group.
In field tests, voice stayed crystal clear up to about 85 meters (roughly 280 feet) in a straight line between two bikes, with a median delay of 14 milliseconds. Mounting your phone on the handlebars improves range. If someone gets farther away, the mobile data backup keeps the conversation going wherever there's coverage.
Groups are set up with a 4-digit code. In the load test, with up to 15 motorcycles talking at once, no audio was lost. We recommend groups of up to 10 motorcycles; 12 to 15 work in beta mode while we finish our on-road testing.
Around 6 to 7 % per hour in field tests. For long rides we recommend a USB charger on the bike.
Not for now. MeshRide is for Android 10 or later, because it relies on Wi‑Fi Direct, which iPhone doesn't offer in the same way.
For now, the app and the Mesh assistant are in Spanish (adapted to how each Latin American country speaks). English and Portuguese are on the way; join the list on this page and we'll let you know when they arrive.
Voice commands are recognized on your phone, with no internet. Anything that isn't a command, when you're online, Mesh answers with artificial intelligence: the weather at your destination, when you'll arrive, where to eat or any other question about your ride. With a free account you get 5 questions a day; with Premium, 50.
It's free with your account: group talk (including over mobile data), voice commands, navigation, radar and safety features. MeshRide Premium is optional, monthly or yearly at the price Google Play shows in your country, with 7 days free: more AI questions for Mesh, the family link on every ride, route type options, gas stations on the fuel range map, your bikes with their maintenance, and 100 rides saved to your account. Emergency alerts and crash detection are always free.
MeshRide is in closed testing on Google Play and will open to everyone very soon. Join the waitlist and we'll let you know as soon as it's available in your country.
